More Than Mentorship
BBMP is designed for founders who are ready to strengthen their business, address a meaningful growth challenge, and put practical changes into action.
Participants receive business-readiness assessments, carefully matched mentorship, targeted education, and ongoing accountability.
The focus is not simply on advice. It is on understanding your business, identifying what matters most, and turning insight into measurable action.
Built to Move Your Business Forward
BBMP combines assessment, mentorship, targeted learning and accountability to help you make meaningful progress.
Understand Your Business
Gain clarity through structured business-readiness assessments.
Identify Growth Barriers
Identify what may be holding back growth across leadership, operations, finances, markets and strategy.

Build for Sustainability
Build systems and strategies that support sustainable growth beyond the founder's personal hustle.

The Business
Examine operations, finances, markets, strategy and the systems supporting the business.
The Environment
Consider the external opportunities, challenges and conditions influencing business growth.
The BBMP Journey

Businesses. One Focused Cohort.
A focused cohort means limited spaces. Approximately 10–12 businesses will be selected based on business need, readiness, commitment, coachability, capacity to implement, growth potential and overall program fit.
Your Journey Doesn't End Here
BBMP is designed to create momentum beyond the core mentorship experience. Selected mentees will advance into the RAJ MANEK Mentorship Programme following the main cohort.
This next-stage opportunity provides continued mentorship and support for entrepreneurs who are ready to build on the progress made during BBMP and take their business to the next level.
