Position Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering SBBN’s five flagship business development programs. This role ensures high-quality program implementation, meaningful community engagement, and measurable outcomes advancing economic empowerment for Black entrepreneurs.

This is a full-time, five-year funded position (annual renewable contract) with a competitive salary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Project Management, Community Development, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years’ experience in program management, event coordination, or nonprofit leadership
  • Experience with entrepreneurs, small businesses, or equity-deserving communities is an asset
  • Strong project management, communication, and budgeting skills
  • Cultural competence and commitment to Black economic empowerment
  • Bilingualism is an advantage

Work Details

Flexible hours including evenings/weekends during major events.

Hybrid or in-person in Saskatoon, SK.

Full-time position, pay: $50,000–$65,000/year.
